Offers emotional and practical support to individuals of all ages, who are suffering from a life-threatening or life-limiting illness. This service also provides caregiver relief. All volunteers are interviewed and provided with 30 hours of hospice palliative care education. Support meetings, ongoing education, and bereavement follow-up are all part of services provided.
